先日MWOによる監査が行われ、ＦＵＪＩの職員が通訳を兼ねて北海道まで同行しました！

MWOはフィリピン政府が日本で働くフィリピン人労働者の権利保護と福祉・利益の促進のための事務所です。

店舗の様子を見学し、実習先の方々と質疑応答を行いました。
その後、技能実習生に対する待遇に関するヒアリングが行われました。
MWOに登録されている雇用条件書の内容と一致しているか確認を進める中で、特に驚いたのは実習生の寮でした！
なんとカフェテリアが併設されており、毎日手料理が手頃な価格で提供されています。
さらに、24時間無料で利用できる大浴場があるため、MWOの職員もその環境に感心しました。
最初は文化の違いもありとても驚いたそうですが、今では仕事後の入浴が一番の楽しみだと嬉しそうに語っていました。

帰り道、ライトアップされた札幌駅の美しさに感嘆しながら帰路につきました。

“The other day, an audit was conducted by MWO, and FUJI staff accompanied them all the way to Hokkaido as interpreters!

MWO is an office that works for the protection of the rights and the promotion of welfare and interests of Filipino workers working in Japan on behalf of the Philippine government.

They visited the store, conducted a Q&A session with the trainees at the internship site.
Afterward, they held a hearing regarding the treatment of technical trainees.
During the process of confirming if the employment conditions outlined in the registration documents with MWO matched the actual situation,
what surprised them the most was the trainees’ dormitory! It turned out that there was a cafeteria attached to it,
and homemade meals were provided every day at reasonable prices. Furthermore, there is a large bathhouse available 24 hours for free use,
which impressed the MWO staff. Initially, they were quite surprised due to cultural differences,
but now they happily talk about how bathing after work is their favorite part of the day.

On the way back, they marveled at the beauty of Sapporo Station all lit up and then began their journey back home.”
